Dana is one of 10 students from across the state honored recently for outstanding achievement by the University of Maryland and the Maryland State Department of Education for  having  a perfect score on the Math and Critical Reading sections of the Scholastic Achievement Test (SAT); perfect scores on the Advanced Placement (AP) U.S. history, statistics, government, calculus and chemistry tests; one of the highest grade point averages in her graduating class.
