So I guess North Baltimore isn't much of nightlife draw.
Wesley Case, of The Baltimore Sun, started posting a list of Baltimore’s 100 Best Bars on the Midnight Sun blog.
Case’s choices definitely gave preference to the city’s party axis in Canton, Fells Point and Federal Hill.
But he did give a nod to five North Baltimore establishments, but four of those were located in Hampden.
