Light snow and cold temperatures combine to delay opening.
A light snowfall overnight and the coldest temperatures of the winter so far have combined to delay the opening of Baltimore City Schools Thursday.
School officials announced the two-hour delay on the Baltimore City Public Schools website early Thursday morning.
