Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar? Two juveniles, apparently. Police arrested two teenage boys as they jumped the counter at a mall cookie shop. That's the second time cookies have been nabbed from the shop—in the first incident burglars made off with around 24 pounds of the sweets. Read more about Towson Crime.

Interesting, no crime reported in Essex. Yet the Baltimore County Police were at our house asking if we had experienced any vandalism, as our neighbors truck's windows had been broken.
