This *feature* is inaccurate. At least one individual included is serving a mandatory five years in a federal institution, does not reside in North Baltimore, and may never return to the community. Why is North Baltimore Patch stooping to post these misleading crime-related "features" of dubious value, when the array of other Patch online publications are not slumming in such a tacky and sensationalist manner?

An issue to note, however, is that at least one of the individuals highlighted will not be a threat to anyone, for 5 years, and I doubt that individual will be moving back into the community, 5 years hence. For a specific address to be highlighted as where the individual presently resides seems to be a cruel smear to the innocents who may still live there. It's misleading as well.

Depending on our notoriously inept, governmental bureaucracies to provide you, an *editor*, with un-vetted, and at times wholly incorrect information, that negatively impacts innocent individual lives, is bad journalism. As with your occasionally irresponsible past reporting, it smacks of indifference and laziness, Adam, about which you don't seem to really give a damn.

Please keep in mind, that Patch's policies, and the workload they lay on you to accomplish is one thing. To blame Patch's at times onerous demands to justify shoddy content, and the negative impact of the publication on innocents, as you have in the past, is something else altogether.

Allowing yourself to be used in this manner with a blase , it's-my-livelihood, "use of public records" justification for posted inaccuracies that cruelly impact the innocent, is simply unacceptable.

It's apparently high time to elevate these troubling matters up the Patch chain of command to be re-evaluated by those you serve with such an off-putting, slacker lack of concern.

To sully innocents with callow indifference is not serving your readers who trust you to do the right thing, it's abusing the community.

As the parent of young children, I appreciate the information Patch put out regarding sex offenders. Anyone with some small measure of intelligence knows that the information in the sex offender registry is not always accurate. I am glad Patch posted this reminder, and find Mr Kiefaber's comments unnecessary. One wonders what his agenda in posting such criticism actually is. Protecting our children from sexual predators is an important task.

It's baaaack. Balt Obsesser's nasty, off-subject cyberstalking of me and others has been an annoyance for years now. Lately, however, the always anonymous cyber-taunts posted by this head-case have become ubiquitous, and quite disturbing in content.

Kiefaber has become a self-parody. This was a particularly laughable stretch of a "criticism." Do you spend all your days stewing in bitter resentment, and lashing out at imagined enemies? Would you consider a psych evaluation?
