Comment: '35 Years with Big Bubba Won’t Fix This'
Baltimore-area Patch readers speak their minds.
“Mimi was a very nice lady and my wife and I loved her very much. On another site's article I saw someone post a comment blaming her death on the police for breaking off the pursuit. They do that for our safety, not to mitigate their risk...and statistics back that policy up. You stop chasing someone they usually slow down. It's a utter shame and we're heartbroken that this time it didn't work out that way. The blame for her death has to fall squarely on the shoulders of Mr. Mottley.” – John P Roberts III on Police: Suicidal Motorist Kills Reisterstown Woman, Hospitalizes Self in Crash
"He felt as though he had no other options. He's clearly a case of not having help. His mom saw his cuts and didn't do anything, which was a start. He was suicidal since 4th grade. I'm sure someone noticed this and did nothing. He is still helpable. 35 years with Big Bubba won't fix this. It'll make it worse for when he's 50 and is out of prison." – Stop Crime on Interrogation Video Reveals Disturbing Details About Perry Hall Shooter
"All I ever hear is that pit bulls are not dangerous and that they only become mean because of their owners' mistreatment. Give me a break! This breed has something inside them that makes them snap. Maybe, not all of them, but enough of them to cause deaths and serious injuries to owners who are good owners." John A. Malagrin on One Dog Killed, One Captured After Attacking Edgemere Owner
