Environmental Group Grades North Baltimore's State Senators
Two of the areas three state Senators received perfect marks from the Maryland League of Conservation Voters.
Maryland League of Conservation Voters released its annual scorecard on how state legislators voted on environmental issues during 2012 General Assembly session.
The league grades legislators based on their voting records on the floor and in committees on bills supported by the organization.
North Baltimore state Senators:
Catherine Pugh, D-District 40

- Lifetime Score: 78 percent
Lisa Gladden, D-District 41
- 2012 Score: 100 percent
- Lifetime Score: 91 percent
Joan Carter Conway, D-District 43
- 2012 Score: 100 percent
- Lifetime score: 94 percent
