Forbes listed the neighborhood as the fifteenth best hipster neighborhood in America.

The magazine praises the neighborhood because it "embodies retro cool."

"Bars, restaurants and independent coffee houses co-mingle, with two-story rowhouses harking back to the neighborhood’s days of mills and factories," Forbes gushes.

Silver Lake, Los Angeles, CA, Mission district, San Francisco, CA and Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY were named the top three hipster neighborhoods by the Magazine.
