Forecast Calls For Cool, Sunny Weekend

The temperatures this weekend are only supposed to reach the low 80s.

 

It looks like cooler temperatures will hang around North Baltimore through the weekend, but a chance of rain will remain.

According to the National Weather Service, a high of about 81 degrees and mostly sunny conditions are expected on Saturday. But there is a slight chance of rain—about 20 percent—on Saturday night.

On Sunday the forecast calls for a high of about 80 degrees and partly sunny. Again there is a slight chance of rain Sunday night.

According to the website Weather Underground, the record high temperature for Aug. 18 was 96 degrees in 1965 and the low 51 degrees in 1981.

On Aug. 19 an all time high of 97 degrees was reached in 1914 and a low of 52 degrees was set I 1958.
