A man was beaten and robbed not far from the Belvedere Square shopping center.

According to Baltimore police, at 6:30 p.m., Jan. 21 a man was walking in the 800 block of Belvedere Square he was approached by robbers.

One of the robbers told asked the man: "Where is the money?"

The robbers, who stole his wallet, then forced the man to the ground.

The robbers then began to punch and kick the man before they ran off headed west.
