A man was smacked in the face with and bottle and robbed in the Wrenlane neighborhood.

According to Baltimore police, at 8:45 p.m., on Dec. 26, a man was walking in the 500 block of Willow Avenue when robbers approached him and hit him in the face with a bottle.

The robbers began kicking the man and stole $20 and a cellphone before running west.

The man was treated at Union Memorial Hospital for broken teeth and a possibly broken nose.
