Man Pistol Whipped in Charles Village

A robber struck him because he didn’t have any money.

 

A man was struck in the face with a handgun after telling a robber he had no money.

According to Baltimore police, at 7:35 p.m., Jan. 21, a man was walking in the 2700 block of St. Paul Street when a robber approached him and pointed a handgun in the man’s face.

The robber then told the man: "give me the money."

The man told the robber he didn’t have any money. The robber then struck him in the face with the gun and then ran east on 29th Street, according to police.

Probably the same guy that stole 70 bucks from the guy walking University Pwy. and then hit him anyway. I'm guessing this perpetrator is invisible since no description was given either time. I didn't know there was an app. for that. I've got get 4G man.
