Man Repossessing Car Held at Knifepoint
The man was trying to take a car back in Waverly.
A man had a knife put to his throat and his phone stolen while trying to reposes a car in Waverly.
According to a police report, a man was repossessing a car at 6:40 a.m. on Wednesday in the 3500 block of East 35th Street when a man came out to stop him from taking the car by putting a knife to his neck.
At that time a woman came out and took the man’s cell phone. After they were given the car back the pair gave the man his phone back and then fled the area.
The woman eventually returned to the address but wasn’t taken into custody because of a heart condition.

WTF, if you paid your car's note in the first place you wouldn't have assault the tow truck driver with a knife or to have your woman steal his phone. How do they think they will get away with this anyway...they have their 1) legal name 2) all contact info 3) all personal info. They should be locked up for stupidity alone. These are they type of ill minded whack jobs that need to be removed from our society and placed in hard labor.

This woman's heart condition didn't bother her to rob this guy's cell phone. She should definitely be charged with robbery. What kind of laws are in Baltimore City when they let a robber go because she has heart problems. Give me a break. Do we have to wait until this woman kills somebody???
