Police Investigating Possible Drug Connection in Charles Village Slaying
Police report a man was shot in the 2900 block of Calvert Street.
UPDATE (3:59 p.m.)—The 22-year-old man who was fatally shot in the head in Charles Village on Thursday night has been identified as Brandon Hudson, according to the Baltimore City police.
Police are investigating a possible drug connection in the slaying of the Morgan State University student, spokesman Det. Kevin Brown said.
Brown said the incident doesn't appear to be "random."

Hudson was located in a residence just after 11 p.m. in the 2900 block of Calvert Street, Brown said.
