Man Shot and Killed in Pen Lucy Identified
Marcus Hopkins, 21, has been identified as the man shot and killed Thursday night.

Cars swarmed the 4200 block of Old York Road following a shooting in Pen Lucy Thursday.

Baltimore City police identified Marcus Hopkins, 21, as the man shot and killed in Pen Lucy Thursday evening.
Hopkins' last known address was in the 3500 block of Elmora Avenue in the Belair-Edison area.
Det. Donny Moses, a police spokesman, said police are still looking for a suspect and did not have a motive for the shooting.
According to electronic court records, Hopkins has faced charges previously for assault and using a handgun in committing a crime.
