Miss Shirley's Employees Clean Stony Run

Some of the restaurant's employees decided to give back to the community by cleaning up a local creek.

A handful of Miss Shirley’s Cafe employees decided to give back to the community Wednesday evening by cleaning up the Stony Run Creek.

Mike Reusing, a manager at Miss Shirley’s, organized the cleanup of a section of the creek in Stony Run Park as a way of showing support for the Roland Park and Evergreen communities.

“The actual park’s not bad. But every time it rains or storms, it pulls the trash down [the creek],” Reusing said.
