A fatal double shooting in Pen Lucy appears to be a murder-suicide, according to Baltimore police.

Police initially reported a man and woman shot in the 3900 block of Frisby Street at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday.

About two hours later police sent out an additional message saying that detectives on the scene were investigating a fatal shooting that appeared to be a suicide and homicide.

Det. Angela Carter-Watson, a police spokeswoman, confirmed both the man and woman involved in the incident are dead.
