The robbers were armed with handguns.

Two women were chased into their Villages of Homeland apartment and robbed.

According to Baltimore police, at 8:58 p.m. Feb. 15, the women were walking into the building when they heard loud footsteps coming up from behind.

The women hurried into the apartment but before they could lock the door, the robbers entered the building and demanded their property while holding black handguns.

Both women gave the robbers their purses that contained cash, credit cards and various papers. The robbers then ran off in an unknown direction.

I understand that other than these last 3 incidents in the neighborhood, which may be attributable to 1 or 2 persons, the only other problems over the last 20+ years have been Loyola students disturbing the peace by acting like jerks.
