I don't know what you think but it sounds to me like the gunman wanted to intimidate people who may be witness to their unsavory doings in that part of town. A shotgun?...That's pure intimidation. If you simply want to commit murder, you would use a smaller, concealable weapon. It must be more spill over from the local gang war between the Bloods and Black Guerilla Family. When will we get serious about shutting down this gang war as well as making sure it does not spread to other parts of North Baltimore? BCPD and the Mayor’s Office need to swallow their pride and ask for outside help from the State Police and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. Where are the State and Feds in this? We pay state and federal taxes; we should have the state and federal law enforcement agencies actively helping to remedy this problem.
