Teenager Allegedly Killed Man with Family Present

A 19-year-old Baltimore man is charged with murder after police say he killed a man in an apartment where his family was present.
Tavon William Arthur Barnett was arrested by the Baltimore Warrant Apprehension Task Force on Tuesday. He is charged with first- and second-degree murder for killing 29-year-old Terrence Seale.
Barnett was at Seale’s apartment on Nov. 3 in the 1200 block of Linworth Avenue when they got into an argument in the kitchen and Barnett allegedly shot Seale multiple times in the torso and head, according to police.
Seale’s wife and two small children were in the apartment at the time of the shooting. Barnett was seen running from the scene with another man, who was not inside at the time of the shooting, according to the arrest warrant.
The arrest warrant also reports that witnesses identified Barnett as the shooter.
Last week police released a photo and description of Barnett, and said he may have been hanging around The Alameda or possibly Cockeysville area Walmarts.

He was a good kid and I believe something more went on. But I do understand what you are saying and feel right now Mrs. Seale. But going off on people on a blog for their opinions is not going to help the case anymore. They got Tavon now so now its time for the judge to make their decision. My prayers go out to the Seale and Barnett family .

And your probably going to see several posts testifying Tayvons character because he is not one who could take a persons life for any reason. I personally know both Terrance and Tayvon and I know that where ever Terrance is from (an island)... Jamaica or wherever that he smuggled drugs here and sold them out of his home Linworth Ave. where his family lived. I just hope justice is served FAIRLY and from evidence and facts and not simply from (hear-say). His wife an family was in the back room but theres ALWAYS traffic in&out of his home due to drug activity. Just because someone was there that was easy to recognize does mean he actually pulled the trigger!!! Im praying for both parties.

d I agree with you No he didn't do this crime. But one question I saw the sun paper last week in the paper Seale wife told them she wasn't sure who killed her husband so now who's lying. And as far as Tavon running and not turning himself in sound more like a scared teen not a guilty teen. And I've heard your husband was a nasty man etc.

Terrance wife is the only witness who has now changed her story over 5 times. I hope and pray that she is as honest as she wants people to believe her husband was and speak the truth under oath. I understand her fustration totally but if she jus say simply-I am not sure, homicide can stop wasting their time and energy on Tavon and find Terrances real killer who could be anywhere by now.
