Your Weekend: Orioles Rally, Former Towson Musician Returns

Here's a taste of what's happening this weekend.

Friday

Starting Friday in Cockeysville, the Baltimore Orioles will host a series of rallies celebrating the team's success and its push for the postseason. The celebrations continue in Essex Saturday and Baltimore Sunday.

Musician Mike McFadden is back in town and performing in his hometown at Bread and Circuses. The long-time Towson resident recently moved to the Big Apple to expand his career after some of his songs caught the national eye in prominent televised ad campaigns.

How do you turn parking spaces into temporary public parks? Visit S&J Crab Ranch in Towson to find out.

The Baltimore Orioles are headed to Boston to take on the Red Sox.

Saturday

Cat lovers can celebrate their feline friends at a Timonium Fairgrounds show.

It's not quite Halloween, but if you're looking to get spooked take a ghost tour through historic Federal Hill.

Ghost of War performs at Recher Theatre.

Sunday

The Orioles may be traveling to Boston, but the Ravens are staying put in Baltimore to compete against the New England Patriots.
