The council will hold a hearing at 5 p.m. at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. According to the city charter, council districts must be reexamined the year following a census. 2.) City Council: The Baltimore City Council will meet at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute on March 9 to discuss redistricting with residents in North Baltimore. However, if you're unable to attend that meeting, there is a meet today at 5 p.m. at Patterson High School.
