The Towson Arts Collective presents two days of arts, crafts, writers, musicians, wine, food, craft beer, classic cars and kids activities.
Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday noon to 5 p.m.
The event is free, but the collective asks for a $5 per car donation for parking.
