The Maryland Child Identification Program (MDCHIP) provides parents with a sealed DNA cheek-swab and a CD that contains your child's fingerprints, pictures, voiceprint, and a short video. It is every parent's worse nightmare that their child would go missing, yet millions do every year.
The I.D. packet, which is sole property of the parent (MDCHIP retains none of your childs info) can be used in conjunction with several local and federal law enforcement programs, including "Amber Alert."
This program is sponsored by Grand Lodge of Maryland AF&AM, in conjunction with Liberty-Pickering Lodge #219 AF&AM. The I.D. Packet is provided free of charge for your peace of mind.
