Crawl, a complimentary event that combines neighborhood shopping with exclusive offers. From 6 to 9 p.m., Harbor East retailers will offer discounts, in-store raffles, refreshments, and other surprises. A champagne toast outside of Talara Restaurant kicks off the evening at 6 p.m., and the first 100 guests to register receive a gift bag full of Harbor East goodies.
