DESCRIPTION:To benefit the homeless pets in their adoption center\, the M
 aryland SPCA will host their second Wine and Wag Happy Hour of the summe
 r season on Friday\, July 13 from 5:30 p.m. &nbsp\;to 7:30 p.m. at 3300 
 Falls Road in Hampden.&nbsp\; In addition to beer\, wine\, complimentary
  hors d&rsquo\;oeuvres and tours of their adoption center\, there will b
 e activities for dogs including off-leash play in the fun runs\, bobbing
  for hot dogs and paw painting.\nTickets are $10 per person in advance a
 nd $15 at the MDSPCA gate.&nbsp\; Children may attend with an adult but 
 must also pay the full ticket price.&nbsp\;\nFree admission for dogs&mda
 sh\;one dog per person permitted.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Dogs must be leashed exce
 pt when inside playruns.\n&nbsp\;
