Paul's Place Celebrates 30 Years of Commitment to Southwest Baltimore

Paul’s Place, Inc., a community outreach center in Southwest Baltimore will mark its 30th anniversary with a cake cutting ceremony on September 27, 2012 at 11am.  A gathering place for neighbors and those in need, Paul’s Place has been providing hot meals and support programs for residents since 1982. As the non-profit celebrates its 30th anniversary, Executive Director Bill McLennan said Paul’s Place will welcome neighbors and friends for a celebration and announcement of plans for expanded services.

Paul’s Place is in the midst of a capital campaign to expand its existing 10,000 square foot location with a 1,000 square foot addition. Paul’s Place acquired the row home next to its current location at 1118 Ward St., which will become a new case management wing, providing counseling and meeting space.
