Hampden Area Residents Could Win $5K Grant
Hampden, Woodberry and Medfield residents are eligible for a Livable Neighborhoods Grant.
If you have an idea to improve your neighborhood than you could receive a grant of up to $5,000.
"Do you have an idea for improving an aspect of life in these neighborhoods? Maybe you want to offer free pony rides to neighbors, or transform a rundown alley into an oasis…No idea is too small or too outrageous," reads an email from the Hampden Community Council.
Applications for Hampden Woodberry Medfield Livable Neighborhoods Grants are being accepted now through July 15. Applications must be mailed to the Hampden Community Council at P.O. Box 19957, Baltimore, MD 21211. The winners will be announced on Sept. 1.
