Sunday’s events include the finalists for “Baltimore’s Best Hon” and performances from Elvis tribute artist Tommy EL.

Bring an Umbrella

According to the National Weather Service, there will be chances for showers and thunderstorms both days. But on the bright side, the forecast calls for some cloud cover and a high of 89 degrees.

Transportation

Street parking in Hampden will be at a premium.

Festival attendees can pay $5 park in the old Zurich building’s garage near the intersection of 40th Street and Keswick Road.

If you don’t mind a half-mile walk, mostly up hill, take the Light Rail to the Woodberry stop, and head east under I-83 toward Falls Road to get to the festival.

Bring Cash

Remember to bring a good amount of cash with you.

Although some of the permanent merchants accept debit and credit cards, most of the vendors selling food, refreshments and t-shirts are cash only.

There are two ATMs on West 36th Street, aka The Avenue, but with the large crowds festival attendees may have to wait in line.
