Weather: It's Brutal Outside
Freezing temperatures have gripped Baltimore as a high of 32 degrees is expected on Tuesday.
The cold weather is brutal and the temperatures are expected to fluctuate throughout the week.
According to the National Weather Service, temperatures are expected to remain between 33 and 19 degrees through Tuesday and Wednesday.
But the mercury is expected to rise above 40-degree mark on Thursday and climb to a high of about 47 degrees on Friday.
