An informational meeting Thursday night will provide more details on the upcoming intersection safety and pedestrian improvements project.
The roadwork will include the following, according to the State Highway Administration:
- Resurfacing Route 7 from east of Ridge Road to Rossville Boulevard
- Applying new pavement markings extending the left turn lane on westbound MD 7 at Rossville Boulevard
- Adding a two-way center turn lane east of Ridge Road.
- Constructing sidewalks along both sides of Route 7 from Rossville Boulevard to Ridge Road that are in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act
The State Highway Administration will hold a public meeting on the project from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, at the Rosedale branch of the Baltimore County Public Library, 6105 Kenwood Avenue.
