Video: Hurricane Sandy Washes Through North Baltimore

Storms scenes from several neighborhoods in North Baltimore.

Hurricane Sandy made its presence known in North Baltimore on Monday afternoon.

In Charles Village, residents made last minute stops for supplies, Hampden's West 36th Street was eerily empty, Roland Park residents made last minute grocery runs and the Jones Falls rushed through Mt. Washington.

According to the National Weather Service, storm conditions are only supposed to get worse as the day wore on.
