Cylburn Is for the Birds!
- Join the Baltimore Bird Club and Department of Recreation and Parks in an all-day celebration of urban birds. Events are planned for families and nature lovers of all ages to enjoy Cylburn and learn about its bird life. Highlights include ribbon cutting at 10:00 am for eBird Trail Tracker, 10:30 am symposium on Birding in the Digital Age, live raptors & reptiles close-up, guided birding & wildflower walks, interactive sessions on topics like urban birdhouses, birds & butterflies, planting for birds, hummingbirds, booths sponsored by local wild bird stores, native plant vendors, bird artists & photographers, and for the kids—bird walks, drawing birds, making bird houses.
