Would it really surprise you to find out that filmmaker John Waters is hitchhiking through Ohio?
According to the Twitter account of indie rock band Here We Go Magic, they picked up the famed filmmaker and Tuscany-Canterbury resident on the side of the road in Ohio and offered him a lift.
Although the band apparently had to let Waters back out to hitchhiking as they make their way to a show in Indianapolis, IN.
