Belvedere Towers Sells for $26.1 Million
Large apartment towers in North Roland Park were bought by a Norfolk, VA based company.
The Belvedere Towers Apartments in North Roland Park have sold for $26.1 million, according to the Baltimore Business Journal.
The 234-unit property located just off Northern Parkway was purchased by an affiliate of Harbor Group International, based in Norfolk, Va.
The building sold for $23 million in June 2007, according to state electronic property records.
