Mt. Washington Tavern Announces November Reopening

The popular restaurant suffered $2.5 million in damage during a fire on Halloween morning.

The Mt. Washington Tavern will reopen in November, according to the once-popular restaurant's website.

"Grand Reopening November 2012," it states, asking readers to check the eatery's Facebook page for updates.

The owners that they were planning to reopen the restaurant by late fall or early winter.

On Thursday night, the tavern sent out 13 photos of its rebuilding progress. A screenshot of one of those photos is attached to this article.

The tavern burned down in a multi-alarm blaze in the early morning hours of Oct. 31, doing to the restaurant.
