Perry Hall's Manhattan Grill Closure Possibly Temporary

The restaurant and bar in Honego Village Center may reopen, according to the management company.

Manhattan Grill, an active restaurant and bar in Honeygo Village Center, closed its doors last weekend—but the center's management company said its fate is still uncertain.

Chesapeake Realty Partners confirmed that the restaurant's closure may only be temporary. The company offered no explanation for the shut-down.

Megan Knauer of the nearby shop Carlyn Smith Creations said she was disappointed by the closure.

"The food was great. I'm always disappointed to see anything bad happen to a little business around here," Knauer said.

The restaurant's website remains live and states that it opened in 2004.

One Perry Hall resident contacted Patch after he redeemed a $25 off certificate for the restaurant on Restaurants.com, which still lists the business as open.

Other residents also shared their surprise over the closure on Perry Hall Patch's Facebook page

I agree with some of the reviews here. My experience (once) with them was this: 1) mediocre food overpriced 2) sllllow service 3) If you're going to gloss your restaurant after Manhattan, then you better show New York sports on your TVs. I went in there looking to catch the Giants game and what did I see? Ravens. What the hell is that mess?? Take the Manhattan out of your name, you're an embarrassment to the borough all around. Call yourself the Raven Inn or something.

@ Tim. I kinda see what you mean, we went into an "American" bar in Barcelona and no one spoke English. Then again, you ain't in New York. Your in Bawlmer Hon! You're gonna see the Ravens.

My family eats at Liberatore's at Honeygo Village Center. Great staff, great food and an awesome Happy Hour. I hope Liberatore's stay around for a long long time.

Aweful food with no flavor. I went there only to watch Ravens game but I always ordered something safe but they couldn't get the basics right so no way I would take my wife there for dinner after my trials. Take Manhattan out of your name as you are an embarrassment to the city of good eating, let's get a real restaurant in that space.
