Visions for Vacancies: 3996 Roland Avenue

This commercial space near the corner of Roland Avenue and 40th Street was previously a consignment shop.

But the building has sat vacant for at least three years, Realtor Luis Martinez Jr. said.

He said there has been some interest in leasing the building of late but nothing has come to fruition yet.

Martinez said he thinks the spot would be good for carryout—it’s located next to —or possibly a bakery.
