Valentine's Day Event

Urban Evolution to host “Acro Sutra” on Feb 14th - 15th , 2014

January 23, 2014– Urban Evolution, a unique gym that first started in Alexandria, Virginia, has expanded to three locations! All three will be hosting “Acro Sutra” as a special Valentine’s Day event.

Skip the restaurant wait list and the prix-fixe wannabe fancy menus and try something different. The idea behind Acro Sutra is one person lies on his or her back (the "base") and lifts the other intro various poses. It's exhilarating! You and your partner will build trust and get a great workout while doing something unique and romantic, all at the same time!
