Baltimore Police Announce New 'Public Enemy Number One'

Capone Chase is the second person accused of murder to be given the label of 'public enemy number one' this month.

Capone Chase, 19, is the most wanted man in Baltimore.

On July 15, Chase allegedly lured Ramon Rodriguez to a playground in the 4600 block of Gough Street in Greektown and murdered him, according to Baltimore police. 

Police have obtained a warrant for Capone on murder charges and say that he "is considered armed and dangerous."

He is the second person to be given the title of "public enemy number one" by the department this month.

The first person to receive that dubious honor was Darryl Anderson, 25, who is also accused of murder.

Anderson allegedly shot three women on June 27 in the 3300 block of Elmora Avenue in East Baltimore.  Gennie Shird, 21, later died from her injuries.

Last week Anderson was found in Alabama, arrested and charged with first-degree murder on Wednesday.
