Baltimore police have in custody three juveniles they believe are responsible for as many as 20 robberies and three carjackings citywide.
Two of the juveniles are expected to be charged as adults, but their names have not yet been released to news media.
Detectives in the Northern, Northeast and Southeast districts have been working to develop leads, which resulted in the arrests, Sgt. Eric Kowalczyk said.
He would not comment on the details of the juveniles' arrest.
