Govanstowne Farmers' Market Opens Second Season

The market was established to help give residents in the York Road corridor access to fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Govanstowne Farmers’ Market, which in part to help offer fresh fruits and vegetables on York Road, opens its second season Wednesday.

The market, which was established by and the York Road Partnership, runs from 3 to 7 p.m. at 5104 York Road. 

Vendors include Ferguson Family Farm, Jack and Zach Foods and Dangerously Delicious Pie, according to a news release.
