Jury selection in the trial of a man accused of killing a 23-year-old Johns Hopkins University researcher began Monday.

University Parkway will be made heading east between Barclay and St. Paul streets beginning Wednesday, according to an email from Councilwoman Mary Pat Clarke’s office.
