Man Indicted for Hopkins Hit-and-Run

Thomas D. Green was indicted on nine charges stemming from an accident that injured two pedestrians in May.

Thomas D. Green, 37, was indicted on charges earlier this month resulting from a hit-and-run accident that injured two people walking near Johns Hopkins University’s Homewood Campus in May.

The State’s Attorney’s office announced the indictment in a press release Friday.

Green, a Baltimore County resident, is facing nine charges including causing a life threatening injury as a result of negligent driving while impaired by alcohol, driving a vehicle while impaired by alcohol and failing to render aid to a victim.

Green was taken into custody Friday morning, and is waiting an appearance before a court commissioner.
