The man jumped from the woods and attacked the woman.
A masked man jumped from the woods and stabbed a woman in Parklane.
According to Baltimore police, at 11 p.m., July 18, a woman and a friend were walking in the 4600 block of Greenspring Avenue when the masked man stabbed the woman in the stomach.
The man then ran away headed north on Greenspring Avenue.

The woman was taken to Sinai hospital in stable condition.
District detectives are investigating the incident.
