Promising Early Forecasts for Preakness Weather

The Weather Channel and Accuweather predict warm temperatures and no rain for the running of the Preakness Stakes.

It might be harder to project a winner for this year's Preakness Stakes, but the weather picture is looking a bit clearer.

In its 10-day forecast, The Weather Channel calls for partly cloudy skies over Pimlico Race Course on May 18 with a high of 73. Accuweather forecasts partly sunny skies with a high of 83.

Weather Underground disagrees, with its forecast expecting rain earlier in the week which could hang around the Baltimore area.
