Roland Park Homes Daylight Burglary Targets

Three homes in the neighborhood were broken into the same day using similar methods.

Roland Park homes were targeted in a series of daylight break-ins in Roland Park.

According to Baltimore police reports, burglars tried to break into one home and were able to get into two other during the daytime on July 18 in the tree-lined neighborhood of single-family homes.  

Between 6:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., a burglar tried to break into a home in the 200 block of Club Road, damaged the front door but was unable to break into the home.

A home in the unit block of St. Johns Lane was broken into at about 3 p.m., the front door of the property was damaged and two Mac monitors were stolen. The property was later recovered in an alley near the home.

A Nook, a Mac desktop and a wireless keyboard were also stolen from a house in the 500 block of Woodlawn Road between 1 and 2:45 p.m. The burglar also broke in through the front door.
