Roland Park to Hear Cold Spring Development Ideas

A proposed development near the Cold Spring Light Rail station would feature 250 market rate apartments.

A developer seeking to build 250 apartments as part of a mixed-use transit oriented development will be presenting preliminary ideas for the development to the Roland Park Civic League Thursday.

The league meets at 7 p.m. at the Roland Park Presbyterian Church, 4801 Roland Ave.

The proposed development, located in the 2000 block of Cold Spring Lane, would include 30,000 square feet of retail space, underground parking and a pedestrian bridge to the nearby Cold Spring Lane Light Rail stop, according to the league’s electronic newsletter.
