Residents complain about lights going out at Irvin Luckman Memorial Park.
According to a story from the Baltimore Sun, some Mt. Washington residents are perturbed about the lights being out at Irvin Luckman Memorial Park.
The lights have been out at the park for more than a month and the darkness hasn't been addressed despite neighbors repeatedly calling the city.
Residents told the newspaper they are concerned the lack of lights could be a danger.
