Thief Grabs Dinner Before Robbing Waverly Grill

A thief ate his dinner before robbing the Waverly Grill at gunpoint.

According to Baltimore police, at 5:20 p.m., June 18, a robber walked into the restaurant, located at 3111 Greenmount Ave., ordered food, ate it and then went into the  restroom.

The robber then came out of the restroom holding a silver handgun and an employee ran to the back of the eatery.

The robber then jumped over the counter, opened the register and stole an unspecified amount of money.

The robber then ran out of the store and headed in an unknown direction.
